The Edelrid Salathe helmet is super light (weights only 200g!) and has very good ventilation for when you’re working hard.
Primarily this is a mountaineering helmet but you can also use this for industrial use – it provides protection from falling objects and impacts and is rated to EN12492.
It is extremely comfortable, you hardly know you’re wearing it!
The internal pads prevent pressure points, will absorb moisture and are removable so you can give them a wash.
The strap system is streamline and easy to adjust for a snug fit.
There are 2 clips at the front and 1 elastic strap on the back for fitting headlamps and what-not.
Above all that this helmet looks good! It is a very handsome piece of kit and won’t make you look like you’ve got a mushroom head.
