Terms of Sale
All prices displayed are inclusive of GST. Our GST number is: 125-649-467. We accept payments directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging as well as postage costs. We do not ship anywhere outside of New Zealand.
We will ship your order after your payment is received and cleared. If your order will be delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible via email.
We recommend if you receive a visibly damaged package to endorse the carrier’s delivery docket with the detail of the damage.
Return and refund policy
You will be entitled to a refund or an exchange when a product is faulty or damaged; the product does not match the description advertised on our website or because we are required to do so under any relevant laws.
Please report any eligible products within 7 days of receiving your goods and let us know the following before you send any items back to us:
- Your full name and address
- The original order number
- The reason for claiming the refund or exchange
If you’ve changed your mind about a product but the product isn’t faulty we will exchange the item for something else from our catalogue or provide a credit that can be used at any time with us.
The following items cannot be exchanged or credited unless warranty replacement or repair is required under consumer law.
- Any climbing equipment
- Technical height safety equipment
- Equipment intended for life support
If you request an exchange there may be an additional charge to cover the admin and postage of the alternate item(s). Before sending any items back to us for an exchange please contact us.
All items returned to us for an exchange must be in saleable condition with tags and packaging intact. It is your responsibility to ensure that items are sent back have appropriate packaging. We are not liable for any items lost on return.
